All goods sent will be as described and send within the timescale stated on our website.

Contract

When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract.

Confirmation of order 

Your order will be confirmed by email. The email will state what you have ordered, price and delivery address supplied.

Returns

Items should be checked as soon as possible following receipt of goods. we are unable to replace items damaged in the post after 30 days from delivery.

Any returns will be refunded to you within 14 days of us receiving them back.

Goods cannot be returned or refunded unless in an unused re – saleable condition

Warranty

We supply all of our products with 1  year warranty from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stated). All other claims outside this period are at our discretion. 

Order Cancellation following delivery

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so upto 30 days following receipt by email or letter. You will be liable for the return costs of delivery and a full refund for the goods will be made to you within 14 days of cancellation. Delivery charges are not refundable.

These terms are in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which replaces the distance selling regulations 2000)

Bespoke and custom orders cannot be cancelled once delivered

Delivery

We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we are processing your order and another once the goods have been despatched.

If we are out of stock we will contact you within 3 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order.  

Technical Support

Light Hut will be happy to provide any technical support for upto 30 days after purchase. 

Force Majeure

No liability will be accepted by Light Hut for any 
failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act 
of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by 
Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in 
supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
