Items must be returned within 30 days from the day of purchase.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are received back in their original, unused condition therefore appropriately packaging should be used to ensure safe transit. We recommend using the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a traceable postal service or obtaining a proof of posting at the very least.
If you the item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect then please contact us first via email email@example.com.
If an incorrect item has been sent we will ask you to return it in exchange for the correct one. In this case we will refund the postage costs. A postage reciept will need to be forwarded to us with the item or via email.
